RD Recipe Round up
Hello friends! It’s still March for just one more day so I wanted to finish National Nutrition Month 2021 with a recipe round up. This is a post you’ll want to bookmark for when you’re needing a new recipe to try! 10 new recipes just for YOU that are all created by fellow dietitians. If there is one thing that I have strongly benefited from by having a social media account/presence…it’s following amazing fellow dietitians that inspire me every single day. Their content, recipe creation, messaging and more helps fuel my fire to do what I do for a living.
Below you’ll find new recipes but also some more blogs, websites, and social media accounts for you to follow too! Remember, registered dietitians are NOT “just nutritionists.” We go have a bacherlor’s degree, spent 1200+ hours in a supervised internship (that we have to apply for), take a national exam and have to meet continuing education requirements every five years to maintain our license.
In addition to some new recipes to try, I am adding links to everyone’s website, instagram account, recipe, etc. Check these people out! Also, I would not have asked for these dietitians to share a recipe for this post if I did not feel that you could benefit from seeing what they are all about. Enjoy!

I hope you’ll enjoy these recipes! Any person who creates a recipe puts time, dedication, and care into their craft. Please honor them by trying them out but also letting them know you tried it! One of the highest honors is seeing other people try the food we create, tips we share, or lessons we provide.
Have a fantastic last two days of March and get ready for some fun April content. I’ve got new recipes, an emphasis on feeding your littles (since LP is turning ONE this year) and some pantry and sustainable cooking/living tips. See you in April!
