Peanut Butter Banana Crunch Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter (I used a banana peanut butter I had when I tried these a second time - so good!)
  • 1 cup oatmeal (uncooked) old fashioned, steel cut, or quick
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates about 8-10 dates
  • 1 cup banana chips
  • 1/4 cup whole milled flax meal I get mine from Manitoba Milling Co.

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until mixed well. If you don't have a food processor you could try a blender or smash the banana chips with a rolling pin and mix all of it by hand.

  2. Roll into quarter size bites to yield about 10-12 total
